Frankly either one is good for linemen. Simply being a dual sport athlete is the bigger deal.

He didn’t though until he received actual coaching. Same could be said for Benhart.

Really the wrestling vs basketball just comes down to personal bias and it’s more important that they are multi sport athletes. Both sports teach similar skills.
