7:30 am - Take kids to school
8:30-9:30 - Workout
10:30-3:30 - Press Conference, Channel 7, HOL and Radio work
5:00 - KFAB Report
5:00 - 6:00 pm - Cook dinner and eat with fmaily
6:30 to 9:00 pm - HuskerOnline Monday Night Rundown show and produce to Podcast

Tuesday
6:45 am KFAB Radio
7:30 am - Take kids to school
8:30 - 9:30 am - Workout
9:45 am - Meeting
10:30-12:30 pm - Practice coverage, KETV, HOL, Radio
12:30 - 1:30 - Produce radio report and prepare podcast
1:45 - 3 pm - Tape HuskerOnline Podcast
4:15 pm - Parent Teacher conference
4;30-5:30 - Wife takes kids to Tennis and I prepare dinner
5:05 pm - KFAB Report
5:45 pm - Eat Dinner
7-8:45 pm - Big Red Wrap Up
9:00 - Proof Bryan's 3 and Out and Sipple's stories for today

5-6 am - Workout

11-1:30 pm Beatrice Husker Lunch
2:30 - Commerical taping with Ally B from volleyball in our studio
2:45 pm - Prepare the 3-2-1
5:05 pm - KFAB Report
5:30 - Pick up Daughter at Volleyball and take to swimming at Lincoln Northeast
8 pm - Do more work before I shut down and begin packing for Rutgers

Thursday
4:15 am wake-up
5-6 am - Workout
6:45 am - KFAB Radio
7:30 am - Take kids to school
8:30 am - Pick up SIpple and Robin for flight to Rutgers
5 pm - Arrive to Rutgers
5:30 pm Tape KETV live shots
6:05 pm - KFAB Live report
8:00 pm - Steakhouse 85 dinner
9:00 pm - Turn loose with Robin, Sipple will go to bed

Also gotta make sure he notes his orange theory sessions. In a follow up he made it clear he ran 1.6 miles and rower 2500 meters this morning.

Question was asked at 10:30AM and Dean answered at 10:22AM. Which totally means he had it typed out already. Bizarre.

I was too late to the chat but wanted to ask him why he never gets results as much as he works out?
