Sign Up Now!Yeah it’s hard to gauge too much from this game. That was definitely his highlight of the game.
Let’s just say tonight isn’t going to bring any more competition for his commitment or force Rhule to give him the green light. Of course, it was raining and they didn’t throw much, especially in the first half.
He definitely showed off his arm strength, but a lot of the deep throws had too much hang time and didn’t land particularly close to the WR. And it seemed like every throw was a deep heave so we really didn’t seen him on any intermediate stuff. I don’t know if that was a result to play calling or him just going for home runs.
Of course, this was his first varsity start, so it’s waaay to soon to make any judgements. The good news is that he played every snap of offense, so it appears the job is his. And he was playing a top 10 team in the nation (No. 6, I think?). He will have better days.
TJ Wilcox is the other guy, right? A senior that transferred in?Obviously his coach thinks he’s good enough to beat out a kid committed to a power 5 team but also it was horrible
By the way your avatar is hilarious. There are about 10 better 2026 prospects in Georgia. He isn’t D1 material. With his hand picked and loaded roster he should be carving teams up. Yes, Buford is a High School football factory with every level of cheating you can imagine psychopathic parents and boosters can come up with. There are quite a few of these high schools in Georgia.
Looks like a clown to me.By the way your avatar is hilarious.
It definitely is.Looks like a clown to me.
More tape. Big frame, huge arm, struggles with accuracy beyond short throws. Could potentially benefit from putting on 70lbs and practicing a more backwards/between the legs throwing motion to a stationary target, and using that arm strength to help move defenders down field.
2026 is actually a really important QB year for us. If things go as well for Dylan as they could, the 2026 guy is who you recruit to come in sand learn under him for a season before potentially taking over.He should get better. I'm sure his development has been hampered a bit always playing behind his brother. He probably hasn't had a chance to get much playing time let alone start with Dylan always being there. Now he has a couple years on his own to prove himself.
Even our coaches must feel that he still needs some more development with the way they are still recruiting other 2026 QBs.
