the thing about throwing right is patently false. He has thrown left and right pretty evenly throughout his career
Sipple brings better writing to RSS, but that's about it. No substance.
Sometimes I wonder who Sipple is a mouthpiece forthe thing about throwing right is patently false. He has thrown left and right pretty evenly throughout his career

This was my exact thought too. I actually liked the shot on first down. Put the defense on the heels a little bit and give them something to worry about. But But 2nd down definitely should have been a run. And even with throwing it on 2nd down, I would have gone with some sort of draw on 3rd down.I completely understand the deep shot on 1st down. it was there with a better throw, although Hill's effort to come back to it wasn't good either
but throwing the next 2 plays was unforgiveable
We had the chance to put them away with that throw on first down, gotta take thatThis was my exact thought too. I actually liked the shot on first down. If you can't tell from the press box you either a) don't pay attention or b) don't know shitSomeone will ask him a question about a play that happened and he'll drop his famous "hard tellin' from the press box"
So you're saying that was this years onside kick?We had the chance to put them away with that throw on first down, gotta take that
Kind ofSo you're saying that was this years onside kick?
Same result.Kind of
Little less risky though
well the onside kick gave northwestern possession of the ball and great field positionSame result.
Not the same at all. And I really don't even think you believe that. The inside kick was boom or bust. Taking a shot down field on first down is not a boom or bust decision. That one play did not determine the rest of the drive.Same result.

That doesn't diminish TCU's suckitude in last year's game. It's not like Georgia struggled to score 65.Miami had mercy on us. They could have named the score.
To be fair, Satt did call the RPO on 2nd down. So it's kinda the best of both worlds. If the MN LB doesn't make an outstanding, athletic play, Kemp is wide open for the first. It was a good call, MN just made a great, almost lucky play. This was my exact thought too. I actually liked the shot on first down.
