It kind of begs the question: What are the Rams doing? They just released Bobby Wagner and traded Ramsey. They went all-in to win the SB last year, but the lack of draft picks and cap issues has turned their roster into one of the least talented in the NFL.

Typical ebs and flows of most NFL franchises. Build up and load up for a good two or three years then cut it all and rebuild. I fully expect the Eagles to be there shortly too.

The only thing that seems to mitigate that is future HOF QBs.
