I still don’t see the value of Baylor - Waco isn’t Dallas, they’re not AAU and they would have ended up out on their asses after the SWC if not for Ann Richards
So would you take TCU instead?

The Big Ten makes more money than the SEC right now......so in theory they could make more with a move to the B1G.I bet they see the writing on the wall though for everyone going to 16 team super conferences. They can't drag their feet while the best teams get picked up. Notre Dame will never happen, and Oklahoma and Texas will only come to the Big Ten if they can get a more $ than they would get in the SEC (which I don't see happening). Also not sure any ACC teams worth taking would leave the ACC. How do you get to 16?
TCU is at least Dallas but also not AAU if that still matters…. Not sure who else beyond Kansas if the ACC holds together given it’s GORSo would you take TCU instead?

Yea & ur locking urself in with 16. Plus I think ppl are assuming the SEC’s 16 is the only format. Big Ten can call it’s PAC-12 bitch & set something up that the SEC probably won’t offer the ACC.The Big Ten makes more money than the SEC right now......so in theory they could make more with a move to the B1G.
If you can't get any of the four schools I mentioned above, why would you go to 16? Nobody else brings the eyeballs to the league like those four.....all you would be doing is diluting the revenue payments to everyone else. To me, there would be no reason why you couldn't stay at 14.

if they’re pulling from the ACC I’m guessing they go for like Virginia vs. Louisville. NC would be ideal but can’t see them leaving given the Bball history. Who really knows - if any of the ACC is in play, there are a ton of interesting scenarios.I can’t see being an AAU being that big of a deal anymore.
A sneaky good pick I heard today would be Louisville. No idea if they are AAU or not

Louisville is top 10-20 in AD revenue. So it’s a sneaky good play. Which is why I mentioned them. But truthfully, I don’t see the big ten being able to poach from the ACC. I think Big 12 schools will likely be the move.
Why would we not play OU? If OU & UT move, it most likely won't be for a couple more years. If you were being sarcastic I apologize for misreading your post.Blah blah blah, if they move to the SEC we don't have to play Oklahoma this year right? Pencil in another school of the deaf and blind and we're on our way to 6 wins 😉

Idk why but that just sounds fuckin terrible to me. All that football Liberalism is right down Kevin Warren’s alley too. How in the fuck does that geographically work? Big 10 Really West?Ohio State insider says Oregon, USC, UCLA, and Colorado have spoken to Big 10 about leaving Pac 12
