Davis hasn’t had Mickey recruiting elite guys for Army’s offense…

What a waste this all will have been.

If you were gonna hire Brent Davis why spend 600k on a WR coach? Just have Ron Brown coach WRs like he did for Solich and tight ends. Then have Beckton coach running backs. Frost coaches QBs and then you’re done and well under budget.

It makes sense to me if the direction of the offense I think they're going to. Gun Triple. But that's just my read on it from the stories out there of him going to Coastal and meeting with UNK's staff, and then some of the stuff they've ran towards the end of the year. I might be totally off base on it too.

That part doesn’t make sense. I don’t think Mickey came here to be the receivers coach for a run heavy team.

I don’t think you would hire an OL coach in that scenario. I think you’d give Davis OC/OL and Frost would coach QBs which paves the way for you to have a special teams only full time assistant.
