Lets have a chat about where the best places to live are. Tell us where you're currently living and where the GOAT is. AND why don't you live there

I'm currently living in Phoenix as of a few months ago after coming from Pittsburgh. I loved Pittsburgh. Phoenix is also quite nice.

Goat city for me is San Diego. There's of course plenty of offshoots that are nicer throughout the US but as a city it does it for me. It's just in California.

Currently live in Raleigh. It's nice enough but too far from family/relatable people. Moved here for school, stuck here for work for a couple more years.

GOAT is Nebraska and surrounding states.

People here are just a little 'busy' for me, not enough hunting/fishing, and so many trees that I can't see buildings from the road.

Bellevue and Lincoln. Loved Bellevue and Lincoln is ok, fucking traffic sucks. Yankton South Dakota is where I want to retire to.

Live in a suburb of Portland, similar to a Papillion, and its great. 90 minutes to the coast and 90 to the mountains. It’s tough to find someplace else that beats the summers with mostly low 80’s days.

Don’t have a GOAT but my wife wants to move to Franklin, TN as she loves Nashville and live music.

Nashville was fun to visit for a bit, but the death loop around the city is one of my least favorite interstates in the country

So, I googled Portland residents and this came up. Looks like fun. It'd be a shmorgesboard for @What1992
