Attempted Charges To My Cancelled Membership

To whom it may concern, I have reached out to The Platinum Board, using “Contact Us” multiple times now and no one has yet to respond to my messages.

I accepted a position in Germany in July. I noticed a Platinum Board POC to cancel my membership back in July 2021 and was notified all was taken care of. However every day for the past two weeks The Platinum Board system keeps trying to charge my old credit card on file for when I signed up.

Please update your payment system and my account because you should not attempt to charge me any money.

That would be Homeland Security, or should be, which I hope doesn’t happen on our home soil because I might be recalled if the DoD did do that.

I will remember that next time. I will try to go direct with HuskerGarrett in a pm so I can move on with a whisper. I am not the drama type. If the “contact us” worked properly I would not have posted a thread.
On RSS, I’ve seen that and those that chose to depart due to $ issues, I went direct with Mike & Sean to pay for another year for them anonymously, but those were Veterans, whom I value just a lil more.
