Jim idk if you're still living in 1994 or what but today there are these little things people carry in their pockets that allow them to take a picture of anything they'd like in literally 2 seconds flat. This means they wouldn't have to memorize anything. Really amazing technology and literally everyone has them!

Yes. In which case I would decline that purchase and it would be taken away from them.
It's not 1994. The credit card company usually catches those without you even saying anything.
