We looked at several houses in that neighborhood. Most were garbage, cheap finishes, basically extremely expensive spec houses with Menards bulk fixtures and flooring. They were built by Vladimir Oulianov's crew.

There was one house a bit over $400k which had a wall that was about 80 degrees in the corner. The wood flooring they used came into the wall at an angle. In the corner is was a 2 pieces wider than the other end.

That’s true. My brother bought a 850 k house five years ago or so close to downtown Denver that is only1200 sq feet. You get a little better bang for your buck in Nebraska.

Yeah they’re going nuts with construction up this way and they’re building these weird duplexes that are 450k starting. So stupid.
