Not sure you can consider two stints at Miami Oh sandwiched around jobs at Rutgers, Cornell, and South Dakota to be a steady upward trajectory.Not saying you are wrong, but what makes him underwhelming?
I mean, it certainly isn't as "splashy" as Elijah Robinson, but he seems like a coach how is on a pretty steady upward trajectory - pretty much two years everywhere, then on to bigger and better things.
Also has the IWCC connection. Makes me think that maybe Aaron Terry could still join the staff in some capacity.
