I’d rather have Seaton. He is a damn good pass blocker in an offense that didn’t trick anyone with their intent to pass. We were his worst game of the year by far.
imo there is a 0 percent chance deion goes to LV, first of all what are the odds that Shedildo falls to pick 6? slim to none. hes a top 3 lock. also, deion's blatant nepotism is simply not gonna work in the NFL, maybe in college where his sons are the alphas on the team, no way that will fly around 30 y/o men. deion is also just not an nfl coach, not what the raiders need. The old raiders coach AP was exactly the type of coach deion was, a players coach, which from what i'm hearing, is not what LV and Brady are looking for

I believe that the thought is that Shedildo will essentially demand to play for the Raiders, a la Eli Manning.
Jerry jones LOVES to be all the media talks about & is using Deion’s name while they’re out of the playoffs.
I think Jerry would hate to take a backseat to all the attention Deion would get if was coaching Dallas. He’s gonna drag this out for awhile but is gonna hire another Jason Garrett/mike McCarthy type who’ll blend into the background
I can't imagine Jerry would want to fire Deion. That's where his mind goes when he makes the hire.
Deion becomes a cultural phenomenon. Jerry may not want to be the bad guy and have to fire him when he inevitably flames out.

Can't Ben Johnson just opt to be an elite OC for his career and stay with the Lions? That would be my vote...
Edit - Just read that the Raiders interviewed both Lion's OC Ben Johnson AND Lion's DC Aaron Glenn. God damnit...

Losing Glenn is extremely replaceable, IMO. But Ben Johnson's play calling is immaculate. Detroit has so many weapons on offense, and he perfectly used all of them.
The odds of Deion returning to CU next year get lower everyday.
