2 sides to every story but also innocent until proven guilty. I have nothing against Damon, like him seems like a good dude. Appreciate the insight he brings on the radio and various Husker Boards. But shit happens and I'm not taking it lightly. I wasn't there so no idea what happened but it was covered by the press and TO had to address it. And how do we know something wonky didn't happen with Demas too? I was just saying that some grown ass men who play one of the most violent sports occasionally get in trouble. I played with players who were on some of Osborne's teams so heard plenty of stories about stuff being covered up, swept under the rug or paid off. It goes on at every university.

To me there hitting a woman isnt the worst thing you can do but it is in the conversation. Damon's case was a deal that within a week of when it happened it became very obvious that he didnt do it. If you look hard enough you will find that another female was an eye witness and she said all he did was kept that woman out of his apartment and watched as she keyed his car. The charges were dropped immediately and his case was treated way different then LP who had his issue almost the same week. The problem I have is that every newspaper and sports channel in the world made Damon look bad and when it became obvious that he didnt do it you had to search to find anything, including local news, that would clear his name. You further make my point in that you know he was accused but you dont know that he was totally cleared. I have never talked to Damon or been in the same room as him, but I dont think it is right that you brought him into this conversation.

It was not a couple of teenagers who filmed each other for each other. It was a film that was distributed for no other reason then to humiliate a 15 year old girl that made a bad decision. The school addressed it and told everyone to get rid of it when they found out what was going on. Two years later Mo still had it on his phone and when he made an advancement and was shot down after she congratulated him he sent the video back to her to lash out because he was butt hurt. Mo Washington is a piece of garbage.
