I think the tater take is saying one for sure will be better than the other.Rhule > #2ndChoice is tater take of the century. This aint 2019
Based on what exactly? I'm not sure I have a preference either way, but I don't get those that think #2ndChoice is heads and shoulders better than Rhule.Rhule > #2ndChoice is tater take of the century. This aint 2019
57-18 with a CFP birth and 6 years of sustained success >>> 47-43 with no sustained successBased on what exactly? I'm not sure I have a preference either way, but I don't get those that think #2ndChoice is heads and shoulders better than Rhule.
I would guess Wisconsin ponied up 8-9 million .Interested to see what kind of deal they worked out and how it relates to Rhules deal.
All at a G5 school, a big knock people were throwing out for a number of the Husker candidates. I can certainly see the no sustained success side for Rhule, but that's also cause he just kept taking logical moves up in his career. Does anyone really think he'd have falling off a cliff if he'd have stayed at Baylor?57-18 with a CFP birth and 6 years of sustained success >>> 47-43 with no sustained success
Huge props to them
#2ndChoice did put a fair amount of players in the pros too if I remember right. I personally think he will do a good job there.57-18 with a CFP birth and 6 years of sustained success >>> 47-43 with no sustained success
That 47-43 doesn’t count 11-27 in the NFL. You guys better keep watching those Rhule infomercials.
And Rhule was at a G5 for 5 years and then at a smaller Big 12 for 3 years… people act like he built Baylor… they went 2-7 the season after he left. All at a G5 school, a big knock people were throwing out for a number of the Husker candidates. Yeah I like them both equally. They both seem like the type that is made for the Big ten. Time will tell who is better. I’m just as happy with Rhule as I would have been with #2ndChoice. Rhule seems slightly better suited for us based on the need to totally rebuild and his history of doing so.Based on what exactly? Baylor going 2-7 after he left kind of makes the point that he was doing his job. They kept the same QB and whatnot and still fell off.And Rhule was at a G5 for 5 years and then at a smaller Big 12 for 3 years… people act like he built Baylor… they went 2-7 the season after he left.
Sorry, just frustrating that Wisconsin is going to make a bigger splash than us in our own division. I thought we had deeper pockets and a better reputation than that.
