Its no easy job at all, only a great coach could make Arkansas competitive in that division. I’m curious to see what he can do in the B1G West compared to the SEC West and if his time in the NFL helped him at all. I certainly know Frost wouldn’t have done any better, hell we don’t even have a winning season and this is year 4.

He averaged 2.2 conference wins in the SEC West while Frost averages 3.0 in the B1G West. Clearly neither coach is very good right now, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Illinois beat Nebraska. I really hope I’m wrong and we win 6-7 games this season. Would love to see Frost slowly start to turn this thing around.

Exactly. Our tradition doesn't mean jack shit anymore. Nebraska cannot look past any team anymore. Right now this is a 50/50 game as is every game on the Huskers schedule outside of Fordham (OU & OSU are probably 95/5). If the past 6-7 years of Husker Football have you believing something else, I'd like to know what you are seeing.

We definitely have the horses to do it, and I’ve felt like we’ve had the talent to be better than 4-5 wins each year. The problem always seems to be head scratching calls, penalties, and turn overs… things that could turn a hand full of those one score loss games our way.

Doesn’t matter who was wrong or who was right, I hope the majority of husker nation now knows the countless excuses Frost has made the last 4 years have just been him trying to cover up the fact he isn’t a great head coach.

Fat Bert won 5 games last year with losses to Buttgers and UTSA and a win against Charlotte.

This year he’s propped up by a win against an extremely bad Wisconsin team and an Cockeye team with an offense that makes the 1930s leathernecks look like The Greatest Show on Turf.

1) I’ve never intended to come off as a condescending douche. My apologies if that’s how you thought I meant it. I can’t think of a single interaction with you that ended poorly or with both of us pissed at one another.

2) I’ve said multiple times that I’ve been wrong on this very board and other boards.

3) I have always taken intermittent breaks from boards. Please note that there were several of those occasions within the calendar year so much so that Garrett text me and asked if everything was okay with me.
