I’m catching so maybe someone said this, but apparently there is some thought that Moore doesn’t want to have his career ended by going to Vegas or the Jets, so might prefer 5-6 mill at Oregon and see who’s drafting high next year.

He was also willing to sit for a year at Oregon, so he might be the kind of guy that does his own thing.
Have seen this out there. This would be a terrible mistake financially. Top 2 pick is looking at $53 million over 4 years. Plus get vested into the NFL pension ASAP.

Just makes no sense.

Relax, Corch Matt has his hat on backwards!
HCMKR: "Hey, (insert top portal DL Name Here), so glad you made it for your visit today...(long conversation)...alright, well, great to meet with you. What'll happen next, you can stay in here, and we will send our DL coach in to meet with you before we send you on a tour with our hot 22 year old director of blowies, er, recruiting. Sit tight."

DL RECRUIT: "Ok coach - thanks"

HCMKR walks out and back in, hat turned around: "What the FUCK is up! I'm DL COACH Hatt Rhule"

It might actually not be the coastal Carolina guy. I’m told they have someone coming in for depth though. I’ll try to get more info
Danny Kaelin? I don't know how accurate Grok is here so someone will need to verify.

Brian Christopherson's post promotes his 247Sports article on Nebraska Huskers' transfer portal activity, spotlighting five recent defensive commits including linebacker Owen Chambliss from San Diego State and defensive lineman Anthony Jones from Liberty.
It covers updated visitor lists, a preferred walk-on offer to quarterback Daniel Kaelin, and strategic thoughts on rebuilding the QB room after adding Notre Dame transfer Kenny Minchey.
The accompanying image shows Cockeye Western Reivers defensive lineman #56 Andy Burburija in action, highlighting Huskers' interest in junior college prospects to fortify the defensive line.

I'd be surprised if that happens. Last year's #5 pick got $40 million guaranteed. You don't give that up and risk injury to hope you maybe get a better team next year.

There's almost always shitty franchises drafting at the top, anyway
