Rhule may have learned how to portal fellas

Get them fat sumbitches, slap em in the as and ride the ripples to glory.
Fat GIF

As we said on the pod @HuskerGarrett - absolutely have to go get these guys (or make a serious run at them) if we’re serious about expediting Aurich’s scheme adaptation and when factoring in the commentary Rhule made about having the money to go get guys

Let’s get him (and the other SDSU defensive guys including maybe miraculously White if we can beat out TTU) on board and prove we aren’t messing around

From Dean:

HuskerOnline can confirm UCF defensive tackleHorace Lockett is indeed visiting Nebraska. The 6-foot-6, 355-pound Grant has played in just four games over the last two seasons.

In 2025, Lockett played 113 snaps in four games, logging an 85.2 grade on PFF. He did not play in 2024. Grant came to UCF from Georgia Tech, where he played a combined 171 snaps over the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

A source with knowledge of Lockett's recruitment told me he's "asking for a "very big number" as Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and others are involved.

He's expected to miss most, if not all, of the spring with an upper-body injury that took him out for the season following Central Florida's Week 5 game at Kansas State.”

I’d actually be pretty hesitant to spend “a very big number” on an oft-injured guy who won’t be available for spring ball and has played fewer than 300 snaps in his career.

he thinks every Horace is Horace Grant?

The upper body injury is a surgically repaired pec. The 2023-4 injury was his hand.
