Not making excuses for Duval but it seems like Frost wanted a all first off the bus looking team. Unfortunately we ended up with a lot of looks like Tarzan plays like Jane type players with zero flexibility and no mobility. It was pretty telling that one of the first things Rhule did when he arrived is to shit-can the strength and nutrition coaches.
