FYI I think any team that signs a RB like this is interested in winning, but not a Super Bowl. IIRC Marshawn Lynch is the last RB to make over like 3mil and be the leading rusher in a super bowl that won.

I think you can find either vets that fit roles or draft RBs. It just isn't a good investment of cap space.

I'd agree to a point. Wouldn't really consider this investing. It's a 3 year deal at top 20ish RB salary. Isn't much difference than using a 1st-3rd round draft pick on a RB every few years.
