A little surprising. Last year he was a one trick pony but it felt like as the year went on he developed a few more routes. Still, not a ton of targets so who knows. We've got some depth there anyway.

Having a 14 year old as a position coach likely didn’t help.

Either way - we have some talent there even with him gone.

I don't like having to trim the roster down but we really need more WR that have more skills and ability to run after the catch.

Watching some of these bowl games and we just don't have skill players like most of these teams do. Need more guys like Barney that know how to play the position. Being fast isn't enough especially with the lack of a QB run game. We need guys that can make plays.
