Thanks for doing this. Still on schedule.

As expected, not much has changed after last night. Still projected as a 10-seed against Clemson.

Few more links for people to follow...

Bracket Matrix (all bracketologists listed, currently 10 seed average prior to Maryland game)
Of note, everyone listed has us in the dance

Palm has us as an 8 seed (prior to Maryland game)

Katz has us as an 9 seed (post Maryland game)

83% chance of making the dance (currently 10 seed)

And everyone's favorite - https://nebrasketball.info/

They added a nice piece at the bottom that breaks down the wins by quadrant.

Would rather be a 10 seed than an 8 or 9, tbh
I wouldn't.

10 seed wins 38.8% of the time
9 seed wins 51.3% of the time
8 seed wins 48.7% of the time
7 seed wins 61.2% of the time

Lower seed the better chance to win a game, I'm not looking past the first game, as should no Nebraska fan. 8 or 9 no real difference, doesn't make much difference as they play each other, but better chance to win than a 10 seed, even better if we can finish hot get a 7 seed. LINK

Did Penn St drop to Q2? I thought I saw that on the broadcast.

Yes, their loss to Washington dropped them 5 spots (from 73 to 78, need to be <75 for road Q1) in the NET.

My Q1 listings are from several games ago & I'll only update a change after a game is played.

With today's Q1 win on the road, it doesn't change what's needed (1-2) in this 3 game grouping.

Yeah that was more personal curiosity. Q1 v Q2 at this point isn't going to make a big difference. Just win baby.

Some of these bracket predictions are a little strange. We are now in all the brackets that bracket matrix tracks except one. That one has us first out but has 13-13, NET ranked 78, Penn St. in the field.

I don't how that could be. They only have 1 Q1 win and 2 Q3 losses.

I guess anyone can put anything on the internet.

lol they must expect us to lose every game from here on out. Which if we play like we did against northwestern the first 25ish minutes I could believe. I think at this point our only MUST WIN is against Minnesota due to them being a Q3?

This site was last updated on 2/14, so I’m guessing this prediction was made after the Maryland loss and hasn’t been updated since NU’s win over Northwestern. Most sites should update today, so I’m curious to see if NU will now be a lock in all the brackets at this point.
