When it was obvious the Frost era was a failure, the staff was kinda taking whoever wanted to jump in the boat because they had absolutely 0 traction with any elite recruits. See Seth Malcom, Malik Williams, Branson Yager, Jailen Weaver, Chase Androff, etc.

When this kid was recruited I watched his film & thought he was absolutely terrible, he just had good size. He ended up flipping on us for Missouri lol.

I really want Chubba to take and keep the starting job. His arm talent and poise looked real. And his legs could be dangerous is used appropriately, I.e., 5-8 times a game as a compliment to traditional run game. Unless we get a tier 1 transfer like Jalon Daniels, I’d be weary of promising a ton to some transfer like Tyler Shough

Yeah, obviously more and bigger names will enter. No need to go all-in on anyone yet. Shough would be a decent option, but nothing out of this world.
