Me - sit at the table and eat your meat, potatoes and veggies
My kids - Famous Dave's until they were old enough to realize it wasn't that special. Middle school maybe.
Famous Dave’s was my birthday meal in high school. I’d get the full rack of ribs combo and eat it all. I’m actually surprised Anchorage doesn’t have one. This state loves chain restaurants.

Stuffed crust

N64 Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros

Screaming cold can of off brand pop cuz your parents are cheap asses because their parents went through the depression

HELL OF A GOOD NIGHT
This was my go to meal on teacher inservice days. Both my parents taught so my brother and I would save up our pop can money. I remember when Pizza Hut started with wings. We would order a bunch with the pizza and eat like kings.

This thread is killing me!

Bishops at west roads was great.

Moms side - Grandmothers 90th and dodge

Dads side - La Casa

Godfathers pizza is still a thing for me. If you lived in WA you'd understand.

When I go back to the plains. Hit a personal size God Fathers at Epply. Probably a Runza on the way to wherever im/we are staying. Next day a la Casa pizza or Mamas but their pizza doesn't seem the same as the Saddle Creek OG. Few other places I love to hit depending on time.

I always stop at Fareway and buy a metric shit ton (well what I can get on the plane with) NY steaks.

Someone mentioned anchovies and salad. Funny story from when my Dad passed. My Aunt and Uncle wanted to take my brother and I to La Casa. My uncle loves to hear about my fishing adventures. So anyway, he orders his pizza with chovies on it. When it arrives I said (with excitement and a louder volume) Uncle, your pizza has bait on it! Got a lot of laughs from the other customers and our party as well.

Those were the days....

There are a few gas stations up here that serve Godfathers but it’s not the same.

miss those commercials Bradley , thank you for sharin!

No, that was a total dick post. That carmelized cheese... fuq, I'm hungry now for just that... but then I'm in WA with the shittiest pizza you can imagine. There are some that are ok... but a modern God Fathers still spanks them.

As said prior, with my best internal grandmother's voice, we can make that at home. But in Nebraskie, we hitting La Casa and God Fathers guaranteed, ohh yeah!

Hell if I'm drivin there, I'm getting multiple La Casa (pre made, frozen) to haul back in the coolers with the Nebraskie Beef!
