My first job was making Pizzas at Godfather's on 138th & Q in Millard. Did that my JR & SR year. Can't even fathom how many Pepperonis I probably ate. We'd snack on Pepperonis the whole shift while making pizzas. And they would let us drink the draft beer after we closed. Had some crazy late night parties there.
I worked at that godfathers in 1992 delivering pizzas.

Forgot about Surfside.

Really good food and the corn fritters are the bomb. The 10 cent Roy Rogers or Shirley Temples back in the day.

And, more recently, the boaters flashing titties and mooning as they cruise by.

Did anyone else’s parents use McDonald’s as a special once a year treat for just them and not their siblings?

As a child I thought McDonald’s was for rich people because we could never go there or really afford it.
We had a Pizza Hut and McDonalds 45 minutes away

Both were a big deal when I was little

McDonalds was a huge treat
