im completely OUT on Dylan

Carry to what? I think this team has the ability to win out, but it's easy to have that game or two where everyone's focus or energy is off and you lose. I wish there was a couple more RBs with a little different size and speed than EJ to help there. A lot is often asked of the O line in passing plays. I think DR year 3 will be a QB that is quicker getting ball out, and hopefully bigger RB room. Can they beat USC and Penn State? I think USC more so, but both are possible. Will N lose a game they shouldn't? Happens to the best of teams every year, but let's hope not.
Awesome. Just wanting your perspective.

I guess I was going with OP's top 15 roster question.
Off topic, but I’ve been curious what your affiliation is with the Huskers? I’m a NE farm boy married to a Dawg grad living in Pinehurst, NC (surprisingly lots of Husker fans in NC!). So we have a Bulldog flag right next to the Husker flag and I have my share of GA gear. We actually went to the Gaytor Bowl in 2014, that was a fun ride home…. I enjoy your perspective and I’m always curious how you ended up here. Go Dawgs (on our bye weeks)! 😁

I am still in Dylan's corner. He's doing things we haven't had a passer do here... ever. Our chances of having a great season, 9, 10 wins, depending on Dylan having a successful year.

But I am not buying into this wind excuse.

In the second and third quarters, Dylan was 5-of-9 passing.
The incompletitions:
1. underhanded pass batted down by defender in DR's face, trying for EJ in flats
2. Interception thrown right to a defender Dylan apparently didn't see
3. Short WR screen pass that hit Barney in the hands that he dropped.
4. The next play, short pass under pressure to Key in the flats that was off target.

I don't believe the wind affected any of these incompletions, three of which were thrown less than 3 yards downfield.
And included in the completions was our deepest pass downfield all day, the 45-yarder to Barney down the right sideline (which came directly after incompletes 3 and 4). The wind didn't prevent that play.

What hurt the offense more than the wind was inablity to get any drives going. We simply didn't possess the ball very much in those two quarters (until the final drive with the long pass to Barney followed by long run by Johnson).

And again, the wind had no effect on the sacks. There were as many sacks (4) in those two quarters as incompletions. Those sacks screwed us over way more than any wind did.

On our first possession of the fourth quarter, suddently Dylan is throwing quick, easy completions before he is pressured. These were not passes helped by the wind. They were quick and short routes. Why we weren't doing this all day, I don't know. It helped that Dylan wasn't being swallowed up in the pocket, which again has nothing to do with the wind.
Dylan needs to get rid of the ball. Can't ask your OL to hold blocks for 4-5 seconds on every drop back.
