The stuff with the guru/life coach made me a little uncomfortable. Felt like we were in the realm of Eichorst making the entire AD read a self-help book.

I figured if he was gonna start a podcast then he would have something to say. It was just a bunch of standard leadership jargon.
I’m honestly not sure why this podcast exists. If all the episodes are like that then recruits won’t give a shit about it.
