He's doing things that no-one else is doing. I hope that it ultimately leads to wins and Nebraska becoming a force again.

If he truly didn't believe his coaches are in control and the team is player led then I don't think he would do this.

Agree. Dr. Tom’s coach’s show was must see tv in my household growing up. It was the only way you could see the team play outside of a few broadcasted games.
