Recruiting was a hot mess twenty years ago.
Problem now is not just the up front recruiting and ongoing 'dating' that needs to happen post commit and prior to the kid landing on campus, but NIL 'maintenance' through the process.
Unless the individual player comes out and gives an actual reason as to why they jump ship, you're left guessing. Finally got the offer they really wanted all along? Bigger bag of NIL money? Saw a map of the US and realized Nebraska isn't on either coast? His post on X makes it sound like Florida was what he always wanted, but you see that crap every day on LinkedIn. Don't know how real any of it is.
Anyway, I guess we need another corner for '26.
