Couldn’t agree more.

Behaviors that aren’t conducive to success of a team, company, etc. are almost always a problem.

When aren’t they a problem? When you can make such a difference they have to find a way to deal with your bullshit, and even then it eventually wears thin. He’s not a generational player. He’s one of very few people that didn’t know that.

Right. The blind spot that team Sanders has is incredible. Take the ‘L’, learn, adjust, and then move forward while keeping your head down working hard and prove everyone wrong.
