Behaviors that aren’t conducive to success of a team, company, etc. are almost always a problem.
When aren’t they a problem? When you can make such a difference they have to find a way to deal with your bullshit, and even then it eventually wears thin. He’s not a generational player. He’s one of very few people that didn’t know that.
