Health/Wellness life hacks you’ve recently discovered?

My and a buddy have each bought a couple of them. I’ve liked the variety of full body workouts they give. Just was looking for others opinions as well. You’ll have to let me know how it goes. I probably need to take some time away for power lifts and focus on dumbbells here soon
What does the SS mean between the A and B workouts? I've been trying to figure it out. Super set?

My dentist recently mentioned I might have sleep apnea due to the wear pattern on my teeth which led me to digging and I have started taping my mouth shut and using nasal strips to open up breathing through my nose while sleeping and the difference has been tremendous.

Before it was a huge struggle even getting up in the morning and after lunch I really struggled focusing on work after my morning energy burned off, not to mention need an enormous amount of caffeine to get to the gym afterwards. Also would sleep in super late on the weekends which I assume was my body trying to make up for the poor sleep quality during the week even though I would get around 8 hours each night.

Since I implemented the mouth tape and nasal strips I’ve been waking up way more refreshed and have an even amount of energy throughout the day that I didn’t think was possible. Really been life changing. I’m also on the younger side at 29 and not overweight and take my fitness seriously so I didn’t think it would be possible for me to have an issue like this but just goes to show how important it is to stay in tune with your body when stuff starts feeling off.

I sounded just like you, got a cpap, incredible difference, just get over the stigma and get one, your life will thank you. Actually wake up refreshed.

amazing, if I fall asleep before putting it on some nights, i wake up feeling like i pulled an all-nighter, it's night and day difference.

i have almost eliminated this completely with just a better diet.

A better, cleaner diet does wonders. Lower carb, higher protein.

No one will want to hear this, but for acid reflux types of things, cutting out beer and alcohol will help this a ton. Is what it is. A good family friend died young (40) quite a few years ago from acid reflux issues. It ate through his esophagus (and probably stomach lining/etc), and killed him in less than a day. Leakage got into the organs and it took him quick. He was no slim jim skinny dude, but it was his beer drinking the docs said was the majority of the issue. Again, I realize no one wants to hear cut down/cut out beer or alcohol, but it is what it is.
