From what I understand, Rivals filed a request for injunctive relief at like 11:30pm on 5/31.

Honestly you could just change the name to “Huskers Online” from “Husker Online”, couldn’t you
I always thought it was Huskers Online anyway
But I sure wouldn’t sink a deal over a dumb name. The web address is different so who gives a Fuk. The web address is more important
As for “red sea scrolls” that name needs to e put out to pasture.
Dean probably was being cheap & didn’t want to buy the staff new polos with a new name/logo.

ROTFL, but he has a great Prime Rib Recipe. Just ask him. How funny would it be if we ordered Pie & Salsa that was delivered anonymously to his house or his office. It could be tPB way of sending Dean a message. That would be like the scene in the Godfather where they put the horse's head in the bed. Or the boiling rabbit in Fatal Attraction.

I’m wondering if the 9/1 date is set in stone?
Could rivals get that date moved out further? I’d think yahoo legal team is > than an individuals. So if they want to make an example out of Dean & make him bleed out legal fees & time they could do it
He’s seemed to have gotten himself in quite the pickle
I just enjoy seeing the guy with egg on his face. I don’t want the guy ruined. But this is a good lesson learned when your poking a bear with a huge bankroll & you only have 2 quarters for a can of soda in your pocket. Best to tread lightly & cover your tracks

Anyone know if Ireland has an extradition treaty with the US?

Or, in the alternative, whether the title "Ambassador to Ireland for American football" carries diplomatic immunity?

The funny shit out of all of this is there are some posters on On3 today asking "can Sean change the HOL name when he starts on 9/1?"..... Like, this is the thing Sean wagered his entire future on and some innocent posters are going "Can he dump the HOL name? It sucks". Hashtag *Chef's kiss*
