D Coordinator: Blake Baker. He's the D coordinator at LSU right now. They poached him from Missouri. He runs a 4-2-5 base and mixes in a 4-3. If this is the only move Rhule made, I'd be happy.
D Line: Walt Stewart is currently with Cincinnati. Good recruiter, sent several guys to the nfl.
Holy fucking meltdown boys. Dayton probably got some late interest from schools where he has a chance to compete year 1. I'd do the same thing if I were him.
I was 3 so I don't remember. My first memory of Nebraska football was the 97 game against Tennessee. My parents and about 15 family and friends piled into an RV to make the drive. I got an ear infection. I made my dad miss half the game because I had to puke. I vividly remember the rows of empty...
I do think paying DR as much as we have has hurt our ability to build a complete team. I don't hate the idea of keeping Chief Teef(assuming he balls out the rest of the year) if it means spreading the wealth around. I still voted DR though.
I've tried to be more optimistic this year but we got exposed. Have we faced a team(outside of Akron/HC) where we had an advantage upfront? On either side of the ball. Rhule was already making excuses about how young this team is. Everyone else in the big ten figured it out. I would say we look...
It happens every time we play them. We’re the better team but don’t show up. Minnesota plays discipline football with heart. It’s all coaching. Rhule fucked away this week.
Their defense and front 3 looked good in the first half last week but as the game went on, they looked cooked. We're 5 games in and I still have no idea who this team is but I think we match up well with Maryland.
38-24 big red.
Idk, I watched MSU at USC last week and MSU looked significantly better than I thought. Another team where their strength is our weakness. Chiles is elusive and pretty good at keeping the play alive with his legs.
From what I've seen, the national narrative was that Nebraska was better than people thought. I've been seeing a lot of non-Nebraska fans coming to the defense of Nebraska after watching that game.
