That was us forever, even under Hoiberg, before Derrick Walker showed up. IMO, he's not talked about enough as a turning point for Hoiberg.

DW stuck around on some shitty teams believing in Fred, major staff changes between 20 and 22 seasons probably had a lot to do with it. Look back at those rosters and the glue guy was DW. Obviously Sam improving his game has been tremendous! But I agree DW should be talked about more

For as unselfish as this team is, Fred has had some absolutely selfish assholes on his teams like Verge, Teddy, and Mack.

I’ve never seen more selfish shots in my life than when Teddy was here. Or a guy dribble more just for the sake of dribbling than Verge.
