Missing Lincoln man (and Chance Englebert)

Regarding Englebert

- it was on the side of the monument that is less traveled and not open to hiking
- 3 miles from where he was last seen

TikTok comment:
It’s a lot less than 4 miles. He was seen by domino’s in gering. If he decided to walk up country club road which is right there by domino’s, it would take him all the way up to the north side of the monument which is where the rescue vehicles were parked yesterday.

Im not super familiar with the case, but would that have him headed back towards his in-laws?

Can’t imagine this guy hiking up this trail at night in a storm. It sounds like that’s where they found the body

I clicked on and read the story from Cowboy State Daily, which is apparenly a newspaper in Wyoming. That writer does good work. I read another one of her stories printed this week. about an unsolved mystery from 40 years ago. If you saw the Apple TV miniseries Black Bird, the killer in that story, Larry Hall, is one of the suspects in this killing.

Great show

I hunt a lot out by Harrison, NE. Have a buddy who is a sheriff’s deputy there. He says if you ever want to hide a body where no one will find it, hide it in Sioux County, Nebraska. If you’ve ever been out there you’d agree. Just north of where they found this body.

Which direction from Harrison? We hunt about 20 mile east/north east of Harrison. Beautiful country up there.
