Should make that illegal as they aren’t on campus and contributing.This point is very valid. I've mentioned it elsewhere on here, but I asked CEO of 1890 about paying high school NIL directly for commitments before signing.
He said they're hesitant to because of they don't want to sue a kid or his family if he signs elsewhere. But knows it's headed this way fast with can't miss elite kids.
However, he knew of several elite high school kids getting money from other collectives.
This will be a major problem in the future.
