Defense has been pretty bad, but we’ve gotta figure something out on offense too. Essegian is our leading scorer right now with 6. Nobody has any rhythm on offense.

You can see why he is where he is. He doesn't have the mental makeup to be a great player. Or even a good player.

First touch of adversity and he goes into a shell. It's embarrassing to watch.
