I think its Twitter it's doing the same thing on Rivals for me at least.

It's just twitter being an absolute pile of shit. Videos won't play and at least 2/3 of the embedded tweets say 'tweet unavailable'

I am getting them to work on an iPhone, but I noticed issues earlier this morning
