What does everyone have on the menu? I just pulled wings off the grill that are nice and charred. Some are BBQ/spicy, another that is Frank's red hot original, and Sparky's fire. The wife just finished up some sweet and spicy meatballs. Sprinkle balls w/swiss cheese.....enjoy.

Who has their smoker out in the 10 degree temps?

BBQ chicken, homemade guac, and these cauliflower and sunflower bites that my wife got at Costco (they are really good and taste like crab cakes with Old Bay and lemon).

Trying to eat healthier and I’m not happy about it.

I miss Todd. Anyone know how he's doing?

Life is slooooow. No kids in the building until next Fall so morale is at an all time low. We’ve actually had a decent winter. Most of the time is hovered between 0-20 which is good because my puppy loves tundra walks.
I’m guessing the level of anxiety/depression is up across the nation but maybe even worse in yore neck of the woods.....

It's frustrating but I always have to qualify that my area is basically a third world nation due to lack of running water across the region, multi-generation households, and extremely low science and media literacy. My region makes up around half the active positive cases in Alaska although numbers are trending down. Just frustrating hearing from kids how depressed they are on a daily basis. They've vaccinated around 5k people here and it's open to anyone 16 and over, which is actually kind of wild compared to the rest of the nation. Springer Spaniel puppy helps with a lot of that though.
