Sign Up Now!That's happened before, Alvarez at Wisconsin, stoops at OU. I've never seen a new coach on the sidelines for a bowl game. How awkward is it for Jim Leonard?Drew Bress will be the interim HC for the bowl game.
They made it sound like Leonhard has the head coaching duties and #2ndChoice is on the headset doing whatever I don’t know.Is the new coaching staff coaching the bowl game? #2ndChoice is on the sideline.....has this ever happened where at new staff coached the bowl game?
He was on the sidelines, but it appeared he was an "observer". The cameras only showing him saying something to what appeared to be a lackey, and he was not speaking directly to any of the coaching staff or providing input to them during the game.Thought the commentators for the Coastal Carolina game said something about Tim Beck coaching his first game at Coastal also. Wasn’t paying attention enough though and never did see him.
Yeah their QB looks awful. The long TD was a short swing passOklahoma St is fucking terrible. They looked pretty good early in the year.
He definitely has some influence over the play calling. Offense is running a lot more RPO than normal and heavy downfield passing.Looks like #2ndChoice is kinda just standing watching more than anything.

Interesting that they interviewed him at half heading off the field. He acted like he was coachingLooks like #2ndChoice is kinda just standing watching more than anything.
Oklahoma State is awful.
Good for him.Meanwhile, Buffalo beat the mighty Ga So 23-21. Damian Jackson gets to enjoy a bowl win, something he hasn't experienced in his half a decade long stay at Nebraska.
