I like to think I can put up some decent weight on back squats, but you make me do 225 on front squats and I feel like a massive bitch.

You move the bar around on your back and you can get comfortable. No such thing with front squats.

Looked up 60m sprint times. NCAA champions last couple years ranged from 6.49-6.53. Looked at Nebraskas 60m sprinters and fastest guy ran a 6.79. At 7.05 he’s way off competition levels if you’re being fair. But he’s a Sr in high school and his best track event is triple jump I believe. He’s like top 5 in the world for his age.
