Why does everyone hate on Doeren?

Every tater on IN, RSS, 247 acts like Dave Doeren would be the worst hire for DONU. Have they looked at his record? I gotta say, this resume is pretty fuckin impressive.

He has B1G experience too as a DC with Wisconsin. I'm not saying he's my first choice, I'm just wondering why all the taters think he sucks? This is a resume of a very good HC.

Unfortunately there is no one who is having multiple 10-win seasons as a HC at a P5 school *that would take the Nebraska job*...

Part of the reason I like him. I think Garrison was a solid OL coach, plus recruited well in the KC area.

I mean Garrison has had 2 1st round OL picked there. Nebraska's last 1st round offensive player picked was LP.

I think Garrison was our best OL coach since Billy C.

I don't know if he would bring his OC or not. I didn't hate Beck as much as most. I felt he was good except a few dumb play calling decisions.

I’m pretty sure we had enough money for a guy like Garrison. Whipple got paid to come here and Mickey did pretty well money wise.

Dude just complains a lot from my experience. In game with refs, out of game with teh media.. Never stops complaining. So, my take is he is a giant asshole and enjoy the 9 wins at NC State.

Would take Garrison in a heartbeat tho.
