I wanted him when we hired Pelini. He really wanted the Nebraska job. I'd take him in a heart beat. Well respected coach who has creativity on offense

He’s my hope & maybe he is done but plenty of coaches get the itch after some time away. Made Washington into a CFP team & brought in/developed NFL talent. Pro style would fit the big ten

I posted on the moron board (Tater Island) that my criteria for a head coach are twofold - 1) minimum 5 years P5 HC experience and 2) Greater than 65% career win percentage. In other words, no more taking fliers on unproven coordinators and G5 HC's. The guys I really like that fit those criteria are:

1) Mike Gundy
2) Gary Patterson
3) Urb
4) Lane Train
5) Chris Petersen
EDIT: One more who I am not as high on, but fits above criteria:
6) Hugh Freeze
