Tailgating is expensive to start up. I think we have spent around 10k as a group.

I'm just kidding. Just always amazed at the people on the east side handing out food and drinks for free. I always throw a generous amount in the jar if they have one but half the time they don't even have one sitting out.

I'd be curious if you end up with more money charging or just making it a voluntary donation.

We did voluntary for our first year which was last year, but there were a bunch of people that others would invite and they never donated. We decided to switch it up this year to see what happens. We never made money last year.

The spec house I am finishing the interior of for my father is not quite ready for me to start (typical if you are a builder or have built houses before with subs not getting done in the time frame they promised). So I am staying in MT through next saturday, will probably drive to NE next Sunday.

That's OK - I have a ton of work/jobs I needed to get done before I went back anyway. I won't get to go to the LaTech game with my buddies, but it's all good. I make more $ here in MT while the weather is still decent (although a couple day next week may not get out of the 30's and it is supposed to snow at night those nights). Not ready for winter. I am attaching a picture from a few years ago of what the snow was "on this day" for reference to what the weather in MT does in September. Sucks, lol.
