What Positions still need some help from the Transfer Portal?

Seems like recruiting is going well. What quick fixes do we need from the Transfer Portal?

I'm feeling good about QB & RB. There is some depth & Transfers in the secondary. We seem set at Kicker & Punter. Do we have enough at Linebacker?

What positions should we be addressing in the Portal?

Yeah looking at the WR it wouldn’t hurt to get a starter from the portal. The only proven player I see is really Washington.

1 each at OT, TE, & DT would be my top 3 spots to get a portal player. Those & WR are where we could most likely attract someone who'd be a plug & play starter. We can use reinforcements almost everywhere, but not a lot of impact guys transfer to be depth.

Exactly. Washington and Brown are the only two guys with any playing experience at all. And more concerning is that, not counting the incoming commits, there are only 6 scholarship guys total in that room. Only enough to fill a 3 wide 2 deep without a single injury. Anyone feel like we can make it through a year without an injury? And last I checked Brody Belt and Wyatt Liewer are gone (thank God Wyatt is gone) so no walk ons with any playing time experience either.

I should also mention that Washington and Brown don't exactly strike fear into the hearts of the Big 10 defensive coordinators.

Would be great to add a quality Guard but I'm not as worried about Guard as Tackle & Center. I think between Nouilli, Corcoran & Big Hank we will be able to find 2 decent Guards. More concerned about Tackle & Center. Benhart & Teddy have had their struggles at Tackle. Don't have faith in Piper as Center.

We definitely need a TE, especially if @ThatJuanDude buddy Fidone transfers. That position is complete ass right now.
