Breaking USC & UCLA Joining BIG 10

It feels like there is somewhat of a natural rivalry already built in there if I remember how hyped up those games in the kid 10’s were. I could get down with this.
and if it were the first game of the season and a NIGHT game. man that would be rockin'

Not to mention another rivalry game with Miami vs Notre Dame.

The Big XII is going to hang around just long enough to not disappear.

Sip this morning seems certain that Stanford won't make the cut into the Big Ten

Sip can't bear the thought of Frost being confronted with another of his failures.
I didn't even think ab that...will be interesting to see Stanford show up and beat the brakes offa Frosts teams. Just another layer to the humiliation we've suffered under hcsf

Looks like Michigan has their own version of "college football fan" aka @Genetics56 on Twitter.
Very weird.

Think about how USC/UCLA joined the B1G. No peep til one of the most trusted writers out west broke it to Twitter.

As for ND. My opinion is their whole "independent" mantra has been very alumni/football/booster driven. If/when that "independent" mindset changes with the new superconferences/NIL/bullshit, they will hop to a conference.

You misspelled Oklahoma as far as Nebraska’s true rival.
I think Colorado was a bigger rival towards the end. There's a strong mutual dislike there

I'm pretty indifferent to Oklahoma

Probably the only way Stanford gets in is if they are the bait to get Notre Dame to join.

No one outside of ND now brings enough additional revenue to justify adding without decreasing the per-school payout of everyone else.

Stanford is one of the last schools I see really giving a shit about chasing the money
