My son was really easy. Didn't see it coming with him.
My daughter was hit and miss. Part of it was on us though. She was the first and we needed to be more consistent with her.
My other daughter is just turning 1
So far we are 2/2 with getting them potty trained by 2 during the day. Overnight has been a challenge.

This is why you teach them to sit to piss at home and only stand to piss everywhere else.
I just finished tiling the lower half of our bathroom wall because I was tired of cleaning piss off the wall. However, I'm not sure if it was our 3 year old or me after a few drinks.

Our daycare did an awesome job training our 2.5 y/o. Nailed it in like 3 weeks.

The worst for me is when my kids would get to the stage where they would start digging the shit out of their diaper and playing with it. Both of them were luckily potty trained by 2.5 years. One more to go and no more diapers thank god.

My son every Monday Wednesday Friday 8-11 preschool come walking out with a giant load in his pants. Like nothing happened. We tried everything from bribing to yelling. Pretty much gave up and then one day he was done. The two girls were easy.

I was peed on this morning but his last three times have been successfully in the potty. Making progress here

I remember with our son (3 yo now, was a little younger than yours when we started potty training) that the first weekend was awful. Like literally 0% success rate of any pee or poop in the potty. After that, though, he started to get it slowly but surely and he’s been fully trained for some time now. I think in our case having an older sibling helped a lot. He always wants to do everything she does so he was extra motivated to learn to go on the potty like her.

One of my nieces did the same. She used to send pics of the damn cat sitting on the toilet dropping a deuce......😂
