Agreed. I had a ‘72 Camaro for my first car that I paid $800 for. On the other hand my best friend paid $75 for his first car.😉

My friend had one black with the split front bumper really nice car. His dad was really into cars so he always had something really nice.

71 Cougar XR-7 Convertible bought for $1,200 was my first car. Nicknamed The Party Missile by my friends. Had a 351 Cleveland that rocked serious balls.

That car would be worth some cash today. My old neighbor had a red 69 coupe basically mint original condition. He was an old guy so you barely saw it out of the garage unfortunately.
