Obviously we all know what's going on

But if NIL really wasn't to entice kids to play for a university I'm not sure how a player and agent could hold this against the school. Wouldn't it be up to the agent to get that money for him?

All that to say...NIL is a sham, it's pay for play. NCAA is toothless, pay players Nebraska...pay them all.

I had friends who told me about the $100 Handshakes from Boosters, free use of cars, free bar/restaurant tabs, free clothes, jobs they got paid for but didn't work, nice places to live in.......... that went on back my day with college football players but it blows my mind to see these players getting $500,000 to transfer schools. I can see where existing players might be upset and want to transfer if they aren't getting near that much scratch. Teams are really going to need a coach who understands psychology if they want to keep the peace on a team. So much for building team chemistry.

Yeah the locker room is going to be totally different. Until they figure out a system of caps and bargaining being a college coach is going to be a worse nightmare than it already is. You basically need a whole department, just like the NFL, to deal with it. And the coach just basically stays out of it.
