Now we need to make Bill Busch ST coach and hire Damon Benning as RB coach according to SSR.

Can't blame him. More stable coaching staff plus closer to home. I thought he was one of our better coaches, sorry to see him leave. I thought he did a good job developing his players, which hasn't been a strength of this staff. Also seemed as if the players liked playing for him.

Seems like sliding Dawson down to D Line makes the most sense. Chinander & Ruud should be able to handle the Linebackers. Bring in Busch as Special Teams Coach plus maybe help with Saftey's or OLB's. Then hire a RB Coach who can recruit. Croot, Croot, Croot. Adding a 3rd recruiter to Busch & Mickey would be nice. We need players, difference makers not just a roster full of 5 Heart players.
